THE DAY THE RULE OF LAW DIED

In memoriam. On June 28, 2012, after enduring decades of escalating assaults by an increasingly out-of-control federal government, the rule of law died in America. All evidence points to the Supreme Court's ruling on the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, as the immediate cause of death. Requiescat in pace.
